Shipping destinations
Montelise ships to supported consumer markets, with the United States as the primary launch market. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

Fulfillment
Orders are shipped through our overseas warehouse and fulfillment network. After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans and may take time to appear.

Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when an item requires additional handling.

Estimated delivery time
United States Standard Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options, when available, usually take 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, customs, or other events outside our control.

Shipping cost
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders, including orders over $49 when the promotion is active.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned by the carrier.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or missing items, contact support@monteliseart.com with your order number and photos when applicable. We will help review the issue and may provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution after verification.
