Return & Refund Policy
We want every Montelise order to arrive in good condition and match what you purchased. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at support@monteliseart.com with your order number and photos when applicable.
Return window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a buyer-requested return, the item must be unused, unopened where applicable, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or with a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, resend missing items, refund, or another reasonable solution. In many cases, we do not require the item to be returned.
Buyer-requested returns
For returns due to a change of mind, wrong item ordered, or other buyer reasons, please contact support@monteliseart.com before sending anything back. If a return is required, our support team will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable items
Used paint, opened consumable materials, custom items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.
