After your order ships, we send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.
3-7 business daysTypical standard delivery after shipment for eligible North America and Europe destinations.
2-5 business daysExpedited delivery where available. Delivery speed depends on destination and carrier scan timing.
Support readyEmail or WhatsApp us if tracking stalls, a parcel is missing, or an item arrives damaged.
Where to find tracking
- Check the shipping confirmation email sent after fulfillment.
- Use the tracking link from the carrier once it becomes active.
- If you cannot find the email, contact us with your order number.
When to contact us
- Tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days.
- The package shows delivered but you cannot find it.
- Your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect.
What to include
Please send your order number, checkout email, shipping address, and photos if the item is damaged or missing parts. This helps us confirm the issue quickly and arrange a replacement, refund, or other support.
Refund support
Montelise offers a 30-day return and refund support window. For damaged, incorrect, missing, or quality-related issues, we usually resolve the case with a refund or replacement without asking you to return the item first.
