Shipping for North America and Europe
Montelise orders are fulfilled through our overseas warehouse and fulfillment network. Available destinations, rates, and delivery options are shown at checkout.
Usually 3-7 business days after shipment.

Shipping destinations
We currently support eligible destinations in the United States, Canada, and selected European countries through checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship that order yet.
Processing time
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking
After your order ships, we provide tracking when available. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans and may take a short time to appear after the label is created.
Final-mile delivery
The carrier shown in tracking may be the final-mile carrier that delivers the package to your address. Delivery estimates begin after shipment and are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Montelise is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or missing items, contact support@monteliseart.com with your order number and photos or carrier details. We will review the case and help with a replacement, refund, or carrier follow-up when appropriate.
