Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when available. For these cases, we usually resolve the issue with a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Returnless refunds and replacements
For quality issues, shipping damage, wrong items, or missing items, Montelise may issue a refund or replacement without asking you to send the product back. This keeps the process faster and avoids unnecessary return shipping.
Buyer-choice returns
If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened when applicable, and in resellable condition. Do not send items back before contacting us.
Items that may not be eligible
- Used paint, opened mediums, or opened consumable art supplies
- Items damaged after delivery by misuse, storage, or handling
- Custom, personalized, or final-sale items when clearly marked
- Gift cards or digital items
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Order changes and cancellations
