Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently support eligible destinations in the United States, Canada, and selected European countries through checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping usually takes 2-5 business days after shipment where available.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. We provide tracking after the order ships. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans and may take a short time to appear after the label is created.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery for return or refund support.

Do I need to return a damaged item?

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact support with your order number and photos. We usually resolve these cases with a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

Unused and undamaged items may be eligible for return review within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support before sending anything back.

Are Montelise paints suitable for kids and family projects?

Many Montelise products are suitable for family creative projects when used as directed and with adult supervision. Product pages will note age guidance or special safety notes when relevant.

What surfaces can I use acrylic paint on?

Montelise acrylic paints can be used on many creative surfaces such as canvas, paper, wood craft surfaces, boards, and prepared decor projects. Always test on a small area first for special surfaces.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment, but we will help when possible.
